The Garden Cabana has direct access to the outdoor garden, while Sheila's Chapeau Room includes a second-floor deck with panoramic city views. Rooms can accommodate additional guests with Twin Murphy beds or futons for $35 per night.
Breakfast Buffet Service
A daily breakfast buffet is served from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM in the downstairs dining area or garden. Options include eggs for self-service cooking, fresh seasonal fruits, cheeses, breads, bagels, pastries, dried fruits, nuts, and seasonal smoked white fish and salmon. Coffee is available brewed or via Keurig, along with hot tea. A full kitchen is accessible 24/7 for guest use.
Garden Relaxation Space
The outdoor garden features lounge chairs, a large table, bistro tables, and three fountains. It contains flowering hydrangea, wisteria, calla lilies, angel's trumpet, Chinese lanterns, old-fashioned roses, and a rare Australian tree fern. The garden includes art installations and subdued lighting, open nightly until 10:00 PM with quiet hours observed afterward. Ambient lighting turns off at 11:00 PM nightly.

Located at 1257 Guerrero Street between 24th and 25th Streets, the property sits between Noe Valley and the Mission District. It is half a block from Mission Street's restaurants, taquerias, Mexican bakeries, and markets. The Valencia Street Corridor (24th to 15th Street) features shops, coffee cafés, bars, boutiques, bistros, and Irish pubs with live music. The area contains over 600 murals covering building blocks. The SF Muni Metro train system at Church and 24th Street provides downtown access. Residential street parking is restricted to two hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
