A daily breakfast buffet is served from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM in the downstairs dining area or garden. Options include eggs for self-service cooking, fresh seasonal fruits, cheeses, breads, bagels, pastries, dried fruits, nuts, and seasonal smoked white fish and salmon. Coffee is available brewed or via Keurig, along with hot tea. A full kitchen is accessible 24/7 for guest use.

The outdoor garden features lounge chairs, a large table, bistro tables, and three fountains. It contains flowering hydrangea, wisteria, calla lilies, angel's trumpet, Chinese lanterns, old-fashioned roses, and a rare Australian tree fern.
